Spa Francorchamps & Zolder
Wed 11 Jul 2018 - Thu 12 Jul 2018

Once again, our much anticipated Belgian F1 Circuit Special makes it's way on to our caledar! On this fantastic event we will visit both of the Formula One circuits this beautiful country has to offer, the old and the new.

For the first time ever, we will be running these two amazing tracks back to back! We will start at Spa-Francorchamps with a noise limit of 106 db(A) Once finished, we will all head over to Circuit Zolder where we have the unbelievably rare opportunity to run a full no noise limit track day so we can let the cars scream to the heavens! There will be a dinner on the night between the events for everyone to get together and share their experiences of day one of this brilliant event, the details on this will be issued at a later date!

The scenery setting for both tracks are very similar, wrapped in the forests with some great undulation, but the tracks themselves are extremely different. Spa-Francorchamps will be making up day one of this unique and first time event! For those that know, Spa isn't for the feint hearted! Arguably the best track in the world, this is an absolute favourite for everyone who joins. With some of the quickest corners on the global motorsport scene it makes for one of the most exhilarating experiences possible in a car. And of course, it includes the infamous Eau Rouge!!!

Day two you will take on Circuit Zolder with its fast flowing first section and a very precise technical finish, it’s a serious challenge and requires a lot of thinking to string the perfect lap together, resulting in a huge rush when you connect the corners in one flowing sequence. Every year they hold the 24 hours of Zolder, it’s still claimed by most drivers as one of the hardest 24 hour races on the calendar!

This is the first time a back to back event at these circuits has ever been done, so we look forward to seeing you there and joining us in a part of track day history, its going to be amazing!

Please see below information on the event including accommodation details. We have negotiated deals at two excellent hotels at greatly reduced prices to keep everyone staying in the same place, that way you can all share your bigger, better stories at the bar in the company of other car nuts!

Accommodation At The Circuits

Our preferred hotel for Spa- Francorchamps is the Hotel de La Source. We have agreed a rate of €120 for a single occupancy room or €135 for a double occupancy room(subject to full confirmation). The hotel is located directly next to the circuit and has extensive overground and underground parking. Bars, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance if you wish to venture out. Please contact the hotel on +32 87 79 58 00 and quote RMA to receive the preferential rate.

At Circuit-Zolder we have agreed a special rate at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Hasselt which is the nearest town to the circuit. The rate for a single occupancy room is €115 or a double occupancy at €130. The circuit is located approximately 20 minutes away and is centrally housed inside the walls surrounding the beautiful city of Hasselt. Please contact the hotel on +32 11 77 00 00 and quote 1707RMARMA  to receive the preferential rate.

Although we have agreed prices with both hotels we have not reserved rooms. There will be high demand due to the time of year so please book early to guarantee your room.

Parking Arrangements

For those coming to Zolder on the evening after the Spa-Francorchamps day we have secured trailer parking for you at the circuit. The gates to the track will be open from 6:00pm until 8:30pm and we will have the keys to the garages so you can unload equipment that evening. Garages at Zolder are different to Spa in terms of access as they must be accessed via the pit lane to load the car. There are stairs around the back to access the rear of the garages, and a lot of room in the paddock. If you require to unload a sizeable amount of equipment then I urge you to do this the evening before the Zolder live day.

For those bringing a road car, the Radisson Blu hotel in Hasselt which we aim to get everyone to stay at has a secure underground car park. Please note trailers WILL NOT fit in here and MUST go to the circuit which is only 10km away. We are in talks with the car park company at the moment about trying to section of an area of the car park exclusively for us to guarantee ultimate safety of the cars.
